Terms of service.

These terms apply to website subscriptions, support, edits and one-off services provided by Will Wright trading as Knaresborough Web Designer.

Website subscriptions have a 12-month minimum term unless agreed otherwise in writing. After the minimum term, subscriptions roll monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

The agreed monthly fee covers the pages, hosting, support and edit allowance listed in your chosen plan or written proposal. Unused monthly edit time does not roll over unless agreed separately.

Extra work, third-party platform fees, paid advert spend, stock licensing, premium plugins, booking systems and large content changes are charged separately when agreed in writing.

You are responsible for supplying accurate business information, approving copy, checking factual claims and making sure you have permission to use any images, logos, testimonials or legal text you provide.

After the initial 12-month subscription term, you can request an export of the website files and domain transfer support where technically possible. Any unpaid invoices, third-party accounts and platform terms must be settled first.

I aim to keep websites secure, backed up and available, but no website, hosting platform or third-party service can be guaranteed to run without interruption. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service unless the law says otherwise.
