Knaresborough Web Designer is run by Will Wright in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. If you contact me through this website, I use your details to reply, prepare quotes, send audit results and provide the service you asked about.

I may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, website address, message details and any technical information needed to run the website securely, such as IP address, browser details and server logs.

Form submissions are sent by email through Resend and may be stored in my email account or project records. Website analytics runs through Plausible Analytics, which does not use tracking cookies. Hosting and security providers may process server logs so the site can operate reliably.

I do not sell personal data. I only share it with service providers needed to run the website, respond to enquiries, deliver client work or comply with the law.

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond and manage potential work, usually up to 24 months unless you become a client. Client records may be kept for longer where accounting, legal or support obligations apply.
