Do I own the website?

Yes, after 12 months. If you leave, I export the site and help you keep the domain.

What if I cancel?

Anytime after 12 months with 30 days' notice. You keep the domain.

Is there a setup fee?

No. The build is amortised into the subscription.

What if I want changes outside the monthly hour?

Extra work is £75/hour, billed in 15-minute increments. Most months you will not need extra.

Why subscription instead of one-off?

Most local businesses cannot write a £5k cheque, but can absorb £49/month. The site also stays looked after.
